Thank you for choosing Barcia Design LLC. Below are our purchase policies, designed to ensure a clear, safe, and satisfactory experience:

  1. 🛒 Orders and Customization
    All our products are available for direct purchase or custom orders. Custom products (names, initials, or unique designs) require 3 to 7 business days for production before shipping. Once the custom design is confirmed, no changes or cancellations are accepted. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify spelling and details before confirming the order.

  2. 💳 Prices and Payment Methods
    All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and include the cost of materials, labor, and packaging. We accept payments via secure platforms like Shopify Payments, PayPal, Zelle, and CashApp. Products must be paid in full at the time of purchase to be processed. Barcia Design LLC reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

  3. 🚚 Shipping
    We ship across the United States. Shipping costs and time will be automatically calculated at checkout, based on the customer’s address. Barcia Design is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, but we will proactively follow up on each case. The customer will receive a tracking number once the order is shipped.

  4. 📦 Returns and Exchanges
    Due to hygiene and customization reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on customized products. If the product has a manufacturing defect, you have 5 business days from receipt to report it to our email: barciadesign1@gmail.com , including clear photos of the defect. Wear and tear from use or damage caused by mishandling or improper storage are not considered defects. If applicable, we will offer repair, replacement, or partial refund, based on our team’s evaluation.

  5. 🧼 Jewelry Care
    Our pieces are made with 18k gold plating and stainless steel, durable materials, but we recommend avoiding frequent contact with water, perfumes, and chemicals to prolong their durability. Specific care recommendations are provided on our page and social media.

  6. 🛍️ Purchases at Fairs
    For in-person purchases, the same no-return policy on customized products applies. Products purchased at fairs may only be exchanged for visible defects at the time of purchase if reported within 48 hours.

    All custom designs created by Barcia Design LLC are the property of the brand. We reserve the right to share images of the pieces on social media (unless expressly requested by the customer not to do so).

    By making a purchase in our store, the customer declares they have read and accepted these Purchase Policies and Terms.
